How do I book an experience?
Add the experiences you like to My Trip, pick a date and the number of travellers, and send the request.
You get a request number. The concierge checks availability with the supplier and confirms the exact total by WhatsApp or email before anything is charged.
Do I pay on this website?
Not yet. This site collects your booking request; payment is arranged directly with the Cartagena Te Amo team once availability is confirmed.
Online payment will be enabled once the client provides the gateway credentials.
Do prices include taxes and fees?
No. The prices shown are those published in the Cartagena Te Amo catalogue, in Colombian pesos (COP), and do not include taxes or port fees.
Several sea departures charge a boarding fee separately at the pier. The concierge confirms the final total before you pay.
Where is the meeting point?
It depends on the experience. Most sea departures in the catalogue leave from La Bodeguita pier downtown; some use the Manga Yacht Club or private marinas.
When the supplier has confirmed it, it appears under "Meeting point". If it isn't there, it hasn't been confirmed yet and we send it to you when you book.
What happens if the weather turns?
Sea departures depend on conditions and on clearance from the maritime authority. If yours is affected, message us on WhatsApp and the team will confirm what's available for your dates.
Rescheduling and cancellation terms are set by each supplier. Ask for them in writing before you pay.
