What this site stores on your device

My Trip, your favourites and your chosen language are kept in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and are not sent to any server.

You can wipe them by clearing site data in your browser. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

What happens when you send a request

The My Trip form assembles a message with your name, email, WhatsApp, country and the selected experiences, then opens it in WhatsApp or your email client so that you send it.

In other words: you send it, from your own account. This site does not store your data or transmit it to third parties on its own.

Third-party services

The map loads its tiles from CARTO's basemap service over OpenStreetMap data. That request includes your IP address, like any image loaded from another domain.

Fonts, video and photography are served from this same domain. There is no Google Fonts, no advertising pixel and no analytics installed in this version.

Your rights

If you wrote to Cartagena Te Amo and want your data deleted, ask through the same channel you used: WhatsApp or email.

Personal data processing in Colombia is governed by Law 1581 of 2012. Cartagena Te Amo's formal data policy is pending publication by the company.
